1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and vvjil ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of vvjil.net. These Terms apply to all services offered through the vvjil platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, slot machines, Monster Hi-Lo, and all associated account, payment, and promotional services.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on vvjil, you must create a registered account through the vvjil Login page. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid mobile number, and a government-issued identification document such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilHealth ID.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) account on the vvjil platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any pending withdrawals and bonus balances.

• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change after registration.
• vvjil reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.
• Account credentials — username and password — are strictly personal and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify vvjil support immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

vvjil supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven (via payment counters), and Cebuana Lhuillier. All transactions on vvjil are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another person — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of each transaction in the vvjil cashier.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits typically reflect in your vvjil account balance within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes during peak banking hours.

6 Gaming Rules

All games available on the vvjil platform — including slot machines, live dealer casino games, Monster Hi-Lo, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. By placing a bet or participating in any game on vvjil, you agree to the applicable game-specific rules.

• All electronic games on vvjil use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. The RNG certification ensures statistically random, unbiased results on every spin, draw, or hand.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the vvjil platform, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.

• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known software errors are void and must be returned.
• Attempting to launder money or use the vvjil platform for any illegal financial transaction in violation of Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vvjil staff members or other players through any communication channel on the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

vvjil shall not be liable for any of the following:

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vvjil platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter through the appropriate regulatory or judicial channels under Philippine law.

Disputes regarding the outcome of specific game rounds or betting markets must be reported to vvjil support within seven (7) calendar days of the disputed event. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
